Mt 5+6 highlight the fact that the bar has now been lifted even higher.. now it seems that we will be judged more by our inner heart then our outer actions.
God himself is the only one who can see our heart. That’s why He should be the only judge of people.
With that said, the next layer of grace comes into play and He gives us the power to live godly lives that reflect Him.
So ask yourself the question, ‘what motivates me to live a godly life?’
..GRACE.. the great motivator!
